We built HolsUK because UK holiday let hosts deserved better — a platform that gives them real tools, fair pricing, and complete control over their own guest experience.

HolsUK was founded in 2025 by a team that understood the frustrations of independent UK holiday let owners. Between confusing OTA dashboards, unpredictable OTA fees and no real control over how guests experienced their properties, hosts were left feeling like tenants of their own listings.
We set out to fix that. HolsUK is a management platform built ground-up for the UK market — giving hosts a direct booking engine, calendar sync, dynamic pricing, guest communication tools and full analytics, all in one place.
Critically, HolsUK doesn't interfere with how hosts run their properties. We handle the technology. Hosts handle their guests.

Every new host gets a 3-month free trial with no subscription charges, and after the trial the plan you chose begins at a flat monthly rate from £15. HolsUK never takes a booking fee — you keep 100% of every booking.
Security you can trust
All payments go through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Funds are held safely and released to hosts only after guest check-in.
